Minutes of the Edwards River

Antique Engine Association

for April 14^th 2005

The Meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm by president Gene Brooks

The minutes were read.

The treasurer’s report was read.

Lloyd Carlson reported a balance of 1872.21  

Carl Lovdahl made a motion to accept these reports. The motion was seconded and approved.

We discussed final preparations for the Homestead show.

There will be buttons and goodie bags for exhibitors.

Carl will be announcer.

Trailer parking will be on the east side of parking lot.

We discussed what was all coming to the Show.

There will be a work Meeting at 7:00 pm at the homestead on Friday the 6th.

It was decided that we could bring swap meet items t Homestead show.

Gene said he put an Advertisement in the Rio Shopper.

Dick Black made a motion that we take out more ads. Bill McLaughlin seconded. Motion was carried.

Gene is checking into a model to raffle.

Gene said he bought more T-shirts.

It was decided to sell hats for $8.00 and T-shirts for $10.0 

Carl talked about John ?  one of the original Club members. He said the family offered us a Journal

that he had kept on the club, Carl will check into it further.

John Wyant is checking on having “Smokie-Joes” do the food at the Farm & Fleet Show.

Dick Black made a motion to adjourn. Motion was seconded and approved
