Minutes of the Edwards River Antique Engine Association for

February 10^th 2005

The Meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm by president John Wyant.

 The minutes were read and approved.

The treasurer’s report was read and approved.

Lloyd Carlson reported a balance of 2569.15

             He reported that Insurance was due on March 17^th.The premium is $140.00. Dick McMeekan suggested we check on upping coverage from $500,000 to 1 million. Lloyd will check into price by March meeting.

            Chuck Stone will talk to Ryan Roberts about plowing 20 acres this spring.

            Gene Brooks reported that the May 7^th show at Homestead is still a go. Gene will also check on Hats & T-shirts to sell this year.

            It was decided that we should raffle of toys or something at each show this year. We discussed possibly having an auction or swap-meet at Country Corner this year.

            Nominations were taken for officers.

Lloyd Carlson for Treasurer

Nathan brooks as Vice President

Dick McMeekan as Trustee

            They were accepted and approved.

It was decided the Featured Tractor would be Ron Nelsons 1948 UC High Crop.

The Featured Engine will be Bill McLaughlin’s Davenport Diesel.

The Featured garden Tractor will be Chuck Stones B-10 Allis Chalmers.
