for July 7^th 2005

The Meeting was called to order after Binding oats and pot-luck at

Bill and Donna Schutte’s home

The minutes were read

Dick made motion to accept minutes, Chuck seconded

The treasurer reported a balance of 2,498.21.

John made a motion to accept report. The motion was seconded

by Nathan Brooks and approved.

We had a short discussion on the Farm & Fleet show about swap meet,

parking and door prizes

Gene passed out flyers for the show.

Dick made a motion to adjourn everyone seconded.
