Minutes of the Edwards River Antique Engine Association for November 16^th 2006

We had our annual dinner meeting at The Homestead Restaurant in Woodhull

The Meeting was called to order around 7:40 pm. by president Gene Brooks

            The minutes were read by John Wyant

            Dick McMeekan  made notion to accept minutes.

            Gene Benson seconded.

            Motion carried

The treasurer’s report was read by Lloyd Carlson.

Lloyd reported a balance of $3934.50

            George  made a motion to accept the report

            Chuck Stone seconded

            Motion carried.

Gene Talked about Club Officers for 2007. It was decided to pass around a sign up sheet for committees.

Carl Lovdahl made a motion to re-elect the same board for the 2007 term.

The Board members accepted the nomination and the motion was unanimously seconded.

We discussed the possibility of creating a member directory.

No decision made yet.

It was decided to continue having the homestead show.

We discussed paying Viola town hall a small amount for the use of the hall.

No decision made yet.

We decided there will be no December meeting and that the next meeting will be at the town hall in Viola on January 9^th.

 Chuck Stone  won the 50/50 raffle and donated $20 back to the club. There was $26 dollars for Chuck and $66.00 for the club.
