Minutes of the Edwards River Antique Engine Association for April 10th 2007

The Meeting was held at the Viola town-hall.

It was called to order at 7:10 pm. by president Gene Brooks

            The minutes were read by John Wyant

            Dean Swartzkoff made notion to accept minutes.

            Vern Evans seconded.

The Treasurers report was read by Lloyd Carlson.

He reported a balance of $3689.57

George Depaola  made a motion to accept treasurers report.

Bill Schutte seconded.

            We discussed T-Shirt order Chuck Stone is Handling it.

            We discussed Vendors George is Handling them.

            Dick and Ramona McMeekan are watching the toy display.

            We set up a work meeting on the 18^th for the Homestead show.

We discussed a guy in Viola with Steam Engines having a show in viola the same time as the Woodhull sesquicentennial.

Don Wadhams said he is planning an event with a hay loader

            .

Bill McLaughlin won the 50/50 raffle $48 for Bill and $47.00 for the club.

Marshal  made a motion to adjourn.
