Minutes of the Edwards River

Antique Engine Association

for Jan. 12th 2006

The Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm. by president Gene Brooks

            The minutes were read by John Wyant

George made a motion to accept the minutes.

Dick seconded.  Minutes were approved.

The treasurer’s report was read by Lloyd Carlson.

He reported a balance of $3016.15

A motion was made to accept the report.  It was seconded and approved.

Gene said the Homestead show-dates are May 13^th and 14^th

The Farm & Fleet show-dates are June 17^th and 18^th

Gene Reported that Bruce wants us to help pay his help at the Fall Show.

Gene will talk with him some more about the show.

Chuck Stone will check on the pedal tractor for the raffle.

Gene ordered more t-shirts

John will check on having Smokey Joes do the food at the shows.

We discussed parking problems at the fall show.

Chuck mentioned other shows that are going on.

The featured Tractor will be Neal Robb’s  35 John Deere B

The featured Engine will be a Ralph Moore’s Waterloo-Boy

The featured Garden tractor will be Joe Jenson’s 66  JD110

Joe told us about some tractors coming up for sale.

We discussed raising club dues.

It was decided to raise dues to $15.00 per year, the dues will start from

the fall show and be for the next year.

Dick Black Made a Motion to Adjourn. Dick McMeekan Seconded
