Minutes of the Edwards River Antique Engine

Association for July. 13th 2006

We met at the Schutte farm and shocked the oats for the fall Show.

A potluck dinner was enjoyed by all attending. A short meeting was then held after dinner.

The Meeting was called to order around 8:00 pm. by president Gene Brooks

            The minutes were read by John Wyant

The treasurer’s report was read by Lloyd Carlson.

Showing a balance of     $ 2706.00

            Nathen made a motion to accept reports

            Deri Wilkens Seconded.

Gene said the orfits from the farm &fleet and Homestead shows paid for all of our advertising package for the year..

We will be having a show at the soccer field in Viola during its sesquicentennial celebration. 

John mentioned that we needed to buy more button parts before the Fall Show.

It was agreed that John will go ahead and order them.

Bill Mcglaughlin won the 50/50 raffle. There was $47 dollars for Bill and $47.00 for the club.

Carl made a Motion to Adjourn.
