Minutes of the Edwards River

 Antique Engine Association

for March. 9th 2006

The Meeting was called to order at 7:15 pm. by president Gene Brooks

            The minutes were read by John Wyant

            Dick made a motion to accept minutes; Gene Seconded

The treasurer’s report was read by Lloyd Carlson.

He reported a balance of 2487.72

Joe Jensen made a motion to accept the report

Todd Beck Seconded.

Chuck Stone reported that he had bought the pedal tractor for the raffle.

Gene reported he bought more T-shirts.

We will again have T-shirts, Hats and Decals to sell.

It was decided to have a Swap-meet at the Homestead show.

Lloyd reported that the Show Directories weren’t in yet.

We discussed advertising for the Homestead show.

We discussed having a toy to raffle at the Homestead show.

Transmissions Plus is donating an IHC LA engine to raffle.

Antique Power is letting us Sell subscriptions. We will make $15 dollars

on a new subscription and $5.00 on a renewal.

We discussed having a budget for advertising.

John will design a button for the Homestead show.

Dick volunteered a threshing Machine to set up for advertising.

We’re still looking for a place to have a plow-day.

Chuck Stone won the 50/50 drawing again. $23 dollars for the club and $20 for Chuck.

Joe Jensen made a Motion to Adjourn. Todd Seconded

Meeting adjourned at 8:10 pm.
