Minutes of the Edwards River Antique Engine Association for March 13^th 2007

The Meeting was held at the Viola town-hall.

It was called to order at 7:17 pm. by president Gene Brooks

            The minutes were read by John Wyant

            George made notion to accept minutes.

            Chuck seconded.

The Treasurers report was read by Lloyd Carlson.

He reported a balance of $3582.57

Dick made a motion to accept treasurers report.

Deri seconded.

            Vern  reported that several donations were coming in.

            Some of the sponsors this year are :

            Bank Orion

            Casino Rock Island

            Steiner Tractor parts

            Antique Power magazine

            Gene said he’s working on an advertising deal with the dispatch and the Atkinson club.

            Chuck is ordering t-shirts to sell.

            John is getting more button parts.

            We discussed a bill Lloyd received from Bruce Curry.

Gene said Bruce Curry sent us a bill for $452 dollars for toilets /parking and advertising for the 2006 fall show. Currently the bill is unpaid and no decision has been made on paying it at this time.

            .

? won the 50/50 raffle $36 for john and $36.00 for the club.

Dick made a motion to adjourn.
