Minutes of the Edwards River Antique Engine Association for June. 13th 2006

The Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm. by president Gene Brooks

            The minutes were read by John Wyant

The treasurer’s report was read by Lloyd Carlson.

Showing a balance of      ? 2487.72

            Marshall made a motion to accept reports

            Les Seconded.

Gene said we took in $421 at the Homestead Show.

We discussed advertising for the show..

Dick showed us the ad he bought for the Viola Sesquicentennial.

Dick and Norm are in charge of security at the Farm & Fleet show.

Dick said we will be cutting oats for threshing at the fall show. We set up a tentative date of Thursday July 6^th for shocking the Oats and a potluck dinner at Bill & Donna Schuttes home.

Dick Said the Viola Sesquicentennial parade will set up at the football field on July 8^th.

We observed a moment of silence in memory of Dale Brown & Don’s Friend ? Johnson.

John won the 50/50 raffle there was a total of $56 dollars the profits were donated back to the club.

Dick made a Motion to Adjourn.
