Minutes of the Edwards River Antique Engine Association for May 12th 2007

The Meeting was held at the Viola town-hall.

It was called to order at 7:07 pm. by president Gene Brooks

            The minutes were read by John Wyant

            George made notion to accept minutes.

            Chuck seconded.

The Treasurers report was read by Lloyd Carlson.

He reported a balance of $3023.74

Pete  made a motion to accept treasurers report.

Deri seconded.

A sign up sheet for the tractor ride was passed around.

Gene started a discussion about Moving the fall show back to the New Windsor Rodeo grounds this year.

A show of hands vote of the 20 present were 18 for and 2 against moving it this year.

After more discussion Chuck Stone said he would talk with Bruce Curry, and report back next meeting.

Chuck reported that The carbon Cliff Tractor parade will begin at 11:00 am August 4^th.

We still haven’t gotten the featured garden tractor picked out for the fall show yet.

Deri won the 50/50 drawing and donated his winnings back to the club.

Deri made a motion to adjourn and Dick Seconded
