Minutes of the Edwards River Antique Engine Association for October 10th 2006

We met at theViola Community Center .

The Meeting was called to order around 7:040 pm. by president Gene Brooks

            The minutes were read by John Wyant

            Dean  made notion to accept minutes.

            Carl seconded.

            Motion carried

The treasurer’s report was read by Lloyd Carlson.

Loyd reported a balance of     $ 4205.97

            Dick made a motion to accept the report

            Ralph Seconded.

            Motion carried.

Gene thanked people for helping at the fall show

 He reported that Gene Benson Won The 50/50 drawing.

 Del won the engineand donated it back to the club.

John won the pedal tractor.

Lysle Eberhardt got thegift certificate.

We then discussed the Farm & Fleet Show being dropped for next year. A vote was taken and it was decided to go ahead and have it.

Nathan  announced that we would be having a plow day at the Blaser Farms in Coal Valley on Saturday Nov 11^th .

Our fall banquet will be at the Homestead in Woodhull on Thurday. November 16th.

Marshall made a motion to pay Gene brooks back for his expenses.

Dick Seconded.

Marshall  won the 50/50 raffle. There was $42 dollars for Marshal and $42.00 for the club.

Dick made a Motion to Adjourn.
