Minutes of the Edwards River

 Antique Engine Association

for Sept. 8th 2005

The Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by president Gene Brooks

The minutes were read by John Wyant

There was a correction made to the minutes for August 11^th stating

that Chuck Curry would be in charge of selling show buttons.

Chuck Stone made a motion to accept the corrected minutes.

Nathan Brooks seconded. Minutes were approved.

There was no treasurer’s report. But Gene said he had used approximately

$800.00  on advertising  etc.

We discussed advertising done so far.

Gene reported there were 24 tractors at New Windsor rodeo.

Bruce reported that Alwood FFA would be in charge of parking cars, and

that we would be able to park trailers in the back field.

We talked about the buttons and plaques.

Galager is bringing the saw mill for one day.

Don Stromquist is bringing a corn sheller.

Joe Dennison, Ron Nelson, John Wyant and Gene Brookes are bringing tents.

Gene, Joe and Dick Black are bringing tables.

Ursula Ray is doing food through Bruce.

Breakfast Sat. and Sunday will be from 7:30 to 9:00 am.

Gene reported that S&S toys will be one of the vendors.

We discussed water & pop.

There was more discussion on parking trailers.

Bruce stated absolutely no R.V. parking in timber-park.

 It was decided to have a work meeting on Thursday at 6:30 before the show.

A motion to adjourn was made by Dick McMeekan.

It was seconded by Bruce Curry.

Meeting adjourned at 8:10
